Polyurethane Wear and Impact Plates
Smart Moulds’ Polyurethane Wear and Impact Plates are a premium grade wear and impact resistant Polyurethane liner (with the option of adding a steel backing for added stability in the most demanding applications). They’re made from a highly elastic polyurethane compound, making them highly resistant to sliding abrasion and large particle impact.
Polyurethane Wear Plates absorb energy from the impact of materials, reducing vibration; minimising noise and dust emissions; and protecting your equipment.
The wear pattern of these Wear Plates can be predicted fairly accurately, which enables proper maintenance planning and minimises overall costs.
